1.For any cancellation, you need to send us an email or call us mentioning the order request number, kindly note cancellation can only be done before the order is shipped & we will refund you amount in 7 working days on same original source of the payments.

2.If the order is not fulfilled or not shipped by our store due to any reason then the order placed by the customer will be canceled then we will refund you amount in 5 working days on same original source of the payments.

3.If payment is done by payment gateway and cancellation is requested for the same order request then please note a charge of 8% will be deducted on the total amount of order placed and the balance 92% will be Credited back to you within 7 working days via NEFT or IMPS. Also note this can be only done before the order is shipped if once the order has been shipped no cancellation of order or payment refund will be accepted.

4.No Refund or No Replacement after Delhivery For Glass Product's like Mobile LCD Display, Folder, LCD Combo, Etc.

5.GsmClinic is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (Courier Company). We recommend you carefully to check the package contents according to the packing list in front of the postal service or shipping company representative.

6.After the order is shipped then we will not accept any cancellation request or return of the ordered items.

7.After the order is received if customers don’t like that product as per his expectation view at that time we will not accept the refund or exchange of the same. 

8.GsmClinic is not responsible for any GSM Dongles/Boxes product is blocked by suppliers or stops working due to any reasons.

9.GsmClinic is not responsible for any GSM Dongles/Boxes product is discontinued or updates/activation are stopped from the manufacturers.

10.GsmClinic is not responsible for any shipment delays due to national holidays or any natural circumstances.
